Nonetheless, majority of Sunni Muslims follow one of the leaders or imams of the four schools binding their practice with the jurisprudential rulings of the four schools. Ibn Taymiyyah has opposed the Sunni method considering taqlid (following) of the four imams as invalid and incorrect. He has gone to extremes in opposing Ahl-e Sunnah since he, sometimes, considers the followers of the four leaders as heretics who must repent for such acts. Sometimes, he calls them apostates and other times he describes them as the people of innovation (ahl-e bid'ah). That is when labeling a Muslim as a disbeliever and apostate has been forbidden in multiple traditions, so much that it has been narrated that if someone ascribes infidelity and apostasy to someone, he is more entitled to be called a disbeliever and an apostate. Labeling Muslims as innovators is also inappropriate because every act that did not use to be practiced in the time of the predecessors does not mean that it is unlawful or evil. Perhaps, there might be something that may have come into being after the Salaf period but no one has claimed that it is bid'ah. This research uses analytical – descriptive method to study Ibn Taymiyyah's opinion about the followers of the four schools of jurisprudence, and it has proved that embarking on excommunicating others while encountering Muslim is not appropriate.}, keywords = {Taqlid,Ibn Taymiyyah,Four Schools,Ijtihad,innovator,excommunicating the followers,Ahl-e Sunnah}, title_fa = {بررسی دیدگاه ابن‌تیمیه نسبت به مقلدین مذاهب اربعه}, abstract_fa = {پیروی محض از آرای فقهی مذاهب اربعه با روح تعالیم اسلام سازگاری ندارد؛ اما با این وجود، اکثر قریب به اتفاقِ مسلمانان اهل سنت، از یکی از ائمه اربعه تقلید میکنند و خود را در مسائل فقهی، محصور در مذاهب اربعه کردهاند. ابنتیمیه با روش اهل سنت مخالفت کرده و تقلید از ائمه اربعه را نادرست میداند. وی در مخالفت با اهل سنت بهگونهای عمل کرده که از جاده انصاف خارج شده است. او گاهی اهل سنتِ مقلد ائمه اربعه را کافر شمرده که واجب است از این کارشان توبه کنند. گاهی آنها را مرتد دانسته و گاهی نیز آنها را اهل بدعت، خطاب کرده است. این در حالی است که نسبت دادن تکفیر و ارتداد به مسلمانان در روایات متعددی نهی شده است؛ تا جاییکه در روایات گفته شده: اگر کسی به مسلمانی نسبت کفر و ارتداد دهد، خودش به کفر و ارتداد سزاوارتر است.اهل بدعت خواندن مسلمانان نیز کاری نادرست است؛ زیرا هر کاری که در زمان سلف نبوده، دلیلی بر بدعت و سیئه بودن آن نیست. چهبسا امور محدثهای که بعد از دوران سلف بهوجود آمده، ولی کسی ادعا نکرده که آن بدعت است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی _ تحلیلی، دیدگاه ابنتیمیه را در رابطه با مقلدین مذاهب اربعه، بررسی و نقد کرده و ثابت نموده که اتخاذ روشی تکفیری در مواجه با مسلمانان صحیح نیست.}, keywords_fa = {تقلید,ابن‌تیمیه,مذاهب اربعه,اجتهاد,اهل بدعت,تکفیر مقلدین,اهل‌سنت}, url = {https://salafi.darolelam.ir/article_126440.html}, eprint = {https://salafi.darolelam.ir/article_126440_df4ae08265d1189bde416fd072e63372.pdf} }
