Although Ijtihad leads to the multiplicity of thoughts and views, but the multiplicity and divergence of views in the foundations, principles and teachings of a religion leads to the birth and flourishing of Islamic sciences, providing better opportunity for achieving the truth. The multiplicity of opinions is sometimes examined within one religion and sometimes in relation to other religions. Using the accepted Ijtihad principles of religions, this study states the fact that the doctrinal and jurisprudential achievements of religions, while not considering these principles correct totally, can be considered legitimate or at least an excuse for their followers. This theory views the differences of denominations as the differences of inferences of scholars within a religion. Considering this theory, the gaps in the Islamic world can be eliminated, such as: the relationship between polytheism, infidelity, heresy and leaving the religion; not following in congregational prayers, not using each other's jurisprudential and theological texts. Taking this path, we can eliminate extremism and congregate all Islamic denomination and move toward building an Islamic civilization.}, keywords = {Multiple Ijtihads Islamic Denominations Takfiri Groups Extremism}, title_fa = {نظریه تعدد اجتهاد و نقش آن در مبارزه با افراط گرایی}, abstract_fa = {چکیده پویایی دین وتطبیق نیازها بر اصول وقواعد کلی آن، در پرتو عنصر اجتهاد امکان‌پذیر است که در قرآن وسنت از آن به «تفقه»، «استنباط»، «تعقل وتدبر» یاد شده است؛ زیرا احکام نظری و عملی دین به جز دستورات ضروری آن در قلمرو اجتهاد نه تقلید قابل تفسیر است. هرچند اجتهاد، تعدد افکار ودیدگاه‌ها را به دنبال دارد؛ اما تعدد واختلاف دیدگاه‌ها در مبانی، اصول وآموزه‌های دین موجب زایش و شکوفایی علوم اسلامی می‌شود و زمینه‌های دست یابی به حقیقت را بهتر فراهم می‌سازد. تعدد افکار، گاه در درون یک مذهب وگاه نسبت به مذاهب دیگر بررسی می‌شود. این پژوهش با استفاده از مبانی اجتهادی مورد قبول مذاهب‌، این حقیقت را بیان ‌‌می‌کند که ‌‌می‌توان دست آوردهای اعتقادی و فقهی مذاهب را در عین صحیح ندانستن مبانی، برای پیروان آنها مشروع و حداقل عذر دانست؛ زیرا این نظریه اختلافات مذاهب را به مثابه اختلاف مجتهدان درون مذهب ‌‌می‌نگرد. با این نظریه می‌توان خلأهای جهان اسلام را نظیر: نسبت شرک، کفر و بدعت، خروج از دین، عدم اقتدا در نماز جماعت، بهره‌گیری نکردن از متون فقهی وکلامی یکدیگر برطرف ساخت. همچنین زمینه‌های رشد جریان‌های افراطی تکفیر را خشکاند، پیروان مذاهب را داخل اسلام دانست و همدل و همسو در راستای ساختن تمدن اسلامی حرکت کرد.  }, keywords_fa = {کلیدواژه‌ها: تعدد اجتهاد,مذاهب اسلامی,جریان‌های تکفیری,افراط گرایی}, url = {https://salafi.darolelam.ir/article_147684.html}, eprint = {https://salafi.darolelam.ir/article_147684_50b8fa4cb52e39a6249681d7a2042221.pdf} }
