One of their most important reasons is a tradition called Khayrul Qurun (lit. the best of eras). Relying on this tradition, they believe in the validity and genuineness of the understanding of the companions, their disciples and successors. Although the chain of transmission of the tradition cannot be challenged with their principles, the significations of the tradition is questionable since Bukhari and Muslim have abandoned the tradition with the wording "Khayrul Qurun" while Ahmad b. Hanbal admits that the true version of the tradition contains "khayrun naasi aqrani". The word "aqran" is the plural form of "qirn" which means "the likes". Thus, the hadith is not concerned with the generations of disciples. In fact, the tradition has another authentic chain of transmission which Muslim has mentioned in his Sahih. According to it, the tradition includes the fourth generation of disciples onward. Assuming that the companions, the disciples and their successors are the best, it does not mean that each one of them is the best of people. It signifies goodness of those in an inconspicuous and indefinite way. Even if they are presumably the best, it does not necessarily mean that their words and actions are authoritative; or else it will have ramifications which Salafists themselves will not stick to.}, keywords = {Salafism,Validity,Ibn Taymiyyah,understanding,noble predecessors,century,centuries,Khayrul Qurun}, title_fa = {بررسی دلالت حدیث خیر القرون در حجیت فهم سلف}, abstract_fa = {سلفیها مدعی هستند که باید بر اساس فهم سلف صالح، به تفسیر متون دینی از جمله کتاب و سنت پرداخته شود. یکی از مهمترین دلیل آنها بر این مدعا، "حدیث خیر القرون" است. آنها با استناد به این حدیث معتقد به حجیت فهم نسلهای صحابه، تابعین و تابع تابعین هستند. مستند آنها از حیث سندی، گرچه با مبانیشان قابل مناقشه نیست و تلقی به قبول است، اما از حیث دلالت قابل مناقشه است؛ به طوریکه بخاری و مسلم از ضبط حدیث با واژه "خیر القرون" اعراض کرده اند و طریق صیغه جمع واژه "قرن" را احمد در مسند خود به طریق صحیح، "خیر الناس أقرانی" نقل کرده است. اقران جمع "قرن،"   (به کسر قاف) به معنای شبیه و مانند می شود و با این تفسیر، دیگر حدیث ناظر به شمارش نسلها نیست؛ علاوه بر اینکه حدیث، طریق معتبر دیگری دارد که مسلم در صحیح خود نقل کرده و خیریت را شامل چهارم، و بعد از تابع تابعین کرده است. بر فرض قبول خیریت بر این سه نسل، دلیلی بر تعمیم خیریت به تک تک افراد این سه نسل وجود ندارد؛ بلکه حاکی از خیریت به شکل اجمال در این سه نسل می باشد که بر فر قبول آن هم، خیریت در حدیث هیچگاه حاکی از حجیت نیست؛ وگرنه لوازمی را در پی خواهد داشت که خود سلفیها بدان ملتزم نخواهند شد.}, keywords_fa = {سلفیت,حجیت,ابن تیمیه,فهم سلف صالح,قرن,اقران,خیرالقرون}, url = {https://salafi.darolelam.ir/article_126290.html}, eprint = {https://salafi.darolelam.ir/article_126290_4b2611b33c7cb46490383de399a1b87e.pdf} }
