Abstract
One of the kinds of Tawhid is Tawhid of worshipping which means that no one but The Most High Allah is worthy of being worshipped. Without considering the necessary constituents of the meaning and the true meaning of worshipping, Wahhabites present the literal meaning[1] of the term as its technical expression. Eventually they consider the sense humbleness mixed with love as the criterion of worshipping. This verse” And he raised his parents to the throne and they fell down before him prostrate”[2] Refers to the prostration of prophet Jacob (A.S) and his sons before prophet Joseph (A.S). According to the literal meaning of the verse and critiques of the diverse justifications (this prostration had not been a traditionally known, or it had been so but not for worshipping, or prostration before anyone rather than God had been permissible in last religions) it is proved that the given prostration has the criterion of worshipping based of Wahhabites. So based on Wahhabites definition, prophet Jacob (A.S) has committed polytheism in worshipping. Because being a polytheist is impossible for prophet Jacob (A.S), based on argument by the absurdity of contradictory, we can conclude that criterion of Wahhabites for worshipping is inaccurate.
