Abstract
According to the viewpoints of Shia and Sunni. In reliable Shia sources, there are numerous narrations about the virtue of weeping over the tragedies of the Ahlul Bayt (PBH), especially Imam Hussain (PBH). One of these narrations is attributed to "Munther ibn Ya'ali" from Imam Sajjad (PBH(. This narration indicates that if we weep over the adversaries of Ahlul Bayt (PBH), the reward would be paradise. We have such a narrations in the Sunni authentic text books as well. Ahmad ibn Hanbal has the similar narration in his famous book named "Virtues of the Companions". Contrary to Wahhabism's beliefs and actions, a group of Sunnis who have a special love for the Ahl al-Bayt (PBH) like the Shia, mourn the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (PBH) and in their gatherings, they narrate the virtues by weeping over the tragedies of that noble Imam. using a descriptive-analytical method, We will analyze this Hadith from the viewpoint of both Sunni and Shia scholars.
