Abstract
One of the rules that Wahhabis have made about monotheism is the spiritual connection of the words "Ilah and Rabb" in the time of gathering and separation. Wahhabis believe that just as the words Ilah and Rabb express a common meaning between themselves and the other word in the time of separation, and each conveys only its own meaning in the time of gathering, it should be noted that accepting this rule has requirements. And acting on those requirements puts Wahhabis in a paradoxical deadlock. One of these contradictions is manifested in the deviant belief of the Najdi muftis about the monotheism of the polytheists. Because Wahhabis believe in the monotheism of the polytheists in the matter of monotheism. On the other hand, in various cases, verses of the Quran have spoken about the polytheism of the polytheists. In some verses, only the word Rabb or the word Ilah and derivatives of these two have been used to express their polytheism. Now, based on this rule, since in these verses, Rabb and Ilah are mentioned alone, each one conveys its own meaning and the other at the same time. And this means proving the polytheism and divinity of the polytheists. In some other verses, the words Ilah and Rabb have been used together to prove the polytheism of the polytheists. Here, too, each of these two words conveys its own meaning only. This also does not entail anything other than proving the polytheism and divinity of the polytheists.
